SHIPPING
At USkingnailsupply, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their products quickly and safely. We offer shipping services through a variety of reputable methods and carriers, and we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $150 within 48 States. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive and includes tracking information. Exceptions may apply to furniture.
RETURNS
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and any return shipping fee needed. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping fee may not be refunded. Backorders may be canceled at any time for a full refund.
Certain items, such as pedicure spas, furniture, nail brushes, implements, equipment, filing machines, UV or LED lamps, sterilizers, towel warmers, paraffin machines, LED signs, powders, liquids, and polishes may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer's policies. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 980-201-9721 or support@uskingnailsupply.com. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.
After we receive your returned item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund. If you received a refund to a pre-paid card, it will be stored within your account and can be used for future purchases.
To return an item, please pack it securely and include any paperwork that was provided when you requested the return. If you do not have the original packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach the return label to the package
